I offer several packages that can be uniquely customized to meet your needs! Whether you just want a day of coordinator, someone to be more involved throughout the entire planning process or someone to take complete control - I've got you covered!
Day-of/Monthly/Extended Event Coordination and Planning:
These packages start at $850 and include the following at a minimum:
Unlimited email and phone support 30 days prior to the event
3 meetings – an initial logistics meeting, a site walkthrough and a final details meeting the week of your event
Vendor referrals
Wedding day timeline creation and management
Floor plan diagrams / seating chart assistance
Phone and email confirmation with all vendors
Rehearsal attendance and coordination (additional fees may apply)
Orchestrate set-up and choreography of ceremony
Up to 10 hours day-of assistance and coordination
The Emergency Kit
Packing and return of all personal items used at wedding (travel and lodging fees may apply)

The process will start with an initial consultation to understand what you're envisioning, I'll put together some inspiration boards and we'll go from there!
